ONLINE FRAUD PREVENTION ISSA Central does not tolerate online fraud and we employ several levels of fraud detection. If an order is determined to be fraudulent, all information will be reported to the FBI, at http://www.ifccfbi.gov
ORDER ACCEPTANCE Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. ISSA Central reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order and without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. ISSA Central does not provide any price protection. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
PAYMENT METHODS ISSA Central accepts major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept money orders, cashier�s checks, personal checks, and company checks drawn in U.S. Dollars. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 15 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. There will be a $25 charge per returned check. Government, educational, and company purchase orders are also accepted. A company purchase order must be accompanied by payment through one of the methods above. C.O.D. (Collect On Delivery) orders are not currently accepted.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS In the event of a product being listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers, ISSA Central has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. ISSA Central retains the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order canceled, ISSA Central will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount charged.
SHIPPING POLICY ISSA Central will ship your product by the method best suited to your specific needs. All ISSA Central products are shipped FedEx, UPS, USPS or Freight. ISSA Central products are shipped from multiple sites, using multiple vendors and shipping options. Shipping charges are automatically calculated when a delivery method is selected on the Shopping Cart page. ISSA Central does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. All Shipments are subject to stock availability. Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes.
BACKORDERS Due to the popularity of some products, ISSA Central may not always have all advertised items in stock. ISSA Central will accept orders for out of stock items to ensure that you will be the first to receive the item once it becomes available. If your order includes an item that is not in stock it will be placed on backorder and shipped when the item is available. You may cancel a backorder at any time prior to shipping by contacting customer service at glenda@issaonline.com.
RETURN POLICY If your product becomes defective within the first thirty (30) days after the invoice date, you may return it for a refund, or an immediate replacement, subject to manufacturer restrictions. Before returning any item, you must contact our customer service at service@issacentral.com within thirty (30) days of your invoice date for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without a valid RMA number. The RMA number is valid for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. ISSA Central will offer a refund or replacement on products subject to the terms noted below. Items may be returned for a same-item exchange only. ISSA Central will offer a full refund less restocking fee on any unopened product returned within the first thirty (30) days of the invoice date. All returned items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. There will be a $35.00 re-box fee for products returned in a damaged box. All items being returned must be received within 10 business days (two calendar weeks) of issuance of your RMA number and return instructions. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or complete forfeiture of your credit. No shipping charges associated with the original purchase, return, or replacement of a product will be refunded.
MANUFACTURER�S WARRANTY Anytime after the first 30 days of invoice, all returns must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
TAXES By state law ISSA Central is to charge the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within California. Each customer is solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
